[WINDOW 10 FIX] Chinese input method show traditional Chinese characters rather than Simplified ones

Finally found how to resolve this.

Steps:

1.  At the bottom left, SEARCH box, type LANGUAGE
2.  (if not done) choose ADD A LANGUAGE, Add SIMPLIFIED CHINESE.

3.  Choose SIMPLIFIED CHINESE to expand the option box, choose OPTION.

4.  Under KEYBOARD, select MICROSOFT PINYIN to expand the option box, choose OPTION.

5.  Choose GENERAL option

6.  Under CHOOSE A CHARACTER SET, select SIMPLIFIED CHINESE.  

7.  DONE
