A smart watch selection journey -- As apple fan, why not getting Apple watch?

Quick Smart watch comparative reasons below:

  1. Classic Pebble - My favourite meet the purpose watch - reading notification is a breeze.
    • What makes me turn it down?
      • I have 2 classic pebble watches. Both e-ink screen spoiled within 6 months duration. Random scratch line which renders the watch not usable. 
      • The shift from pebble app to pebble time app sometime early 2016 really screwed up everything. Every time the app forces me to update and it always ended up a factory reset of the watch and phone setting.  Best part, pebble classic enjoy no new features.
  2. Apple watch
    • It came into my radar... then off away from my list.
    • The watch OS has high requirement on iOS. Watch OS 2 requires iOS9 and above.  Must charge with Apple exclusive charger cost around RM175.
    • I am on iPhone 6 Plus iOS 8.4. I am not going to upgrade -- in the past, Three iPhone i have upgraded, battery life & phone speed screwed up.
    • And, its not compatible with Android.  It means if any case, your phone upgrade will have to be Apple iPhone. Else, your Apple watch will be more stupid and classic watch.
    • Of all features highlighted, i still just want notifications.
  3. Samsung Wear Gear 2 
    • Creating their Tizen OS  for watch which i think equivalent to Window phone OS -- bad app compatibility
  4. Huawei watch
    • Nice watch but metal band is RM2500 similar like apple watch.
    • This reached my short list
  5. Ticwatch (SELECTED)
    • Considering i only want the notification on the go and nice watch faces, I have chosen Ticwatch 1st gen (without Apple MFI) = RM800+ include shipment to Malaysia.
    • Winning points:
      • Below RM1,000 which fits the product nature -- a gadget that likely only have 1 year lifespan.
      • Come with metal band
      • Compatible with iOS & Android
      • Android 5 OS overlay with Ticwear OS 3.4 overlay
      • Can charge with ANY Qi wireless charger

Nissan Serena Hybrid 2.0 (2016) - what to do when battery died/ cannot start your car? MALAYSIA

If you reading this because you are now facing this problem with your Nissan Serena Hybrid 2.0 (2016), following are the core steps: Confirm if your car is MAIN battery problem, signs: wireless key will not work, can only unlock door manually with key wiper, front light, dashboard & horn all will not work (no light at all) break peddle (middle) very hard at bottom Solution: Jump Start Call your regular/ nearby Nissan center for battery replacement in advance (new battery need pre-charge an hour before install, accordingly) Important tip: As car is hybrid with 2 batteries, this is the main battery location (red circle) Jump start rule: You have to borrow from someone.  Your second row & back doors are all locked by system, you cannot access back of your car. PS4 Solved: Error NW-31247-7 - A DNS Server Cannot be used/ Internet connection FAILED

This problem bugged me for two days. Where my PS4 cannot connect to internet via Wifi. Message from Test Internet Connection function looks like below: When do Setup Internet Connection, Error NW-31247-7 will occurred. At the same time, all my other devices e.g. laptop and iPhones can connect to internet without issue. Playing games via mobile hotspot works! Action that WONT work: Ask internet service provider (Unifi) to reset port  Restart All PS4, Router & Modem Setup Internet Connection on PS4 again Change Wifi DNS to Google DNS 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.8.4 Solution: Router - "restore factory setting" PS4 - "initialization" --> "restore default setting"--> setup PS4 again Setup PS4 involve mainly language, time zone, wifi, camera (if have) & PS sign-in.
