Suspected cause for my case: Vivo android phone use "randomized MAC address" when connected to WiFi My house have main router + mesh router I do IP Binding with Mac address Combination above caused the issue. Solution: On android, in respective connected WiFi setting, change Privacy to "Use device MAC"  Go to router > LAN > DCHP and remove any previous binding with your phone name Off Wifi on phone, go to another router, on wifi on phone, connect to it Fixed Regards Matthew

Finally found how to resolve this. Steps: 1.  At the bottom left, SEARCH box, type LANGUAGE 2.  (if not done) choose ADD A LANGUAGE , Add S IMPLIFIED CHINESE . 3.  Choose SIMPLIFIED CHINESE to expand the option box, choose OPTION . 4.  Under KEYBOARD , select MICROSOFT PINYIN to expand the option box, choose OPTION . 5.  Choose GENERAL option 6.  Under CHOOSE A CHARACTER SET , select SIMPLIFIED CHINESE .   7.  DONE

This problem bugged me for two days. Where my PS4 cannot connect to internet via Wifi. This is a problem that troubled me a long long time. Up to a month.  And this sound is so irritating that i played PS4 much lesser too.
